One wonders why,
This review is from: Stigmatized (Audio CD)
This CD - after all those years - is still one of my favorites. Channel Zero came out at a time, when Pantera was growing big and Sepultura, Metallica and Biohazard were all over the place. These guys fit perfectly, especially with this album. Metal of course, with a dash of this and that. Awesome riffs, great drumming and good lyrics make this CD priceless. Maybe the singing is not "conventional" enough, but that's just another thing I like about them.If you're into "decent" thrash like me (old Testament, old Pantera, old Sepultura, Forbidden), check it out! If it's too strong for you, check out their follow-up: UNSAFE or the LIVE-CD (mostly new stuff). Nevertheless, I highly recomend this CD ... and regret their break up.

Channel Zero,

Hey. This album was recorded by Channel Zero. Channel Zero was a Belgian metal band. WAS, because a couple of years ago, they decided to call it quits. This was because they didn't sell enough records in the US. Why not? I still don't understand. All their albums were really good. This one 'Stigmatized for Life' is a real good one too. With scorchers as 'America' on this cd, I still don't understand why this band never made it big in the US. If you like bands like Metallica, Megadeth, Body Count, Sepultura (just to name a few), you can't go wrong with any Channel Zero record.
