5.0 out of 5 stars OWWWWWW!!!!!!!!
Just like the regular Alpha Male stikfa to be honest only its a Knight theme and comes with a horse. Stikfas are the coolest action figures around right now and this one continues the trend. Just read the other reviews to get the usual praises.
But...
This toy resulted in a bruised thumb, the use of pliers, use of vasaline, the use of a rubber grip for a glass...

1.0 out of 5 stars NOT FUN IF IT FALLS APART!
i got this for all the little boys i know who are hero crazy for christmas. first, the instructions on putting this together are muddled, at best. second, there are sharp edges where the pieces were attached to the frame - ouch!! third, the darn thing won't stay together so they can play w/ it! great idea, bad execution. i vote NO on this toy.

Just like the regular Alpha Male stikfa to be honest only its a Knight theme and comes with a horse. Stikfas are the coolest action figures around right now and this one continues the trend. Just read the other reviews to get the usual praises.
But...
This toy resulted in a bruised thumb, the use of pliers, use of vasaline, the use of a rubber grip for a glass jar, and the use almighty golden safety pin! When you attach the helment to the stikfa's head or when you put the forearm armor on there is a good chance you may not put it on right and it gets stuck. Thats where all those items came in. I almost destroyed the head trying to get it out of the helment. And I've yet to put the arm armor back on, too scared to. So when adding armor and stuff just think about if you want it permantly on there. Also just slide the helment on (the one with the visor) from the top but don't snap it on all the way. Other than that its a great addition to the Stikfa line. I look forward to the Samurai and Firemen sets (and maybe a 6 inch design in the future). Lets all hope I don't end up having a bloody hand when I make those.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun of mythical proportions, March 18, 2004

The best part of this toy is its potential for customization. The horse parts allow for the construction of several mythological creatures including a centaur and a satyr. Use the gray adapter piece to attach the human torso to the horse body for a centaur. Or attach the human torso to the rear half of the horse for a satyr.
I just got this toy yesterday, and I can't put it down. Too bad I made the mistake of buying it when I have a huge essay due!
The few negatives are the discolored spots where I removed the pieces and sanded them down, and the helmet pulls the decals off the face. But that doesn't affect playability.
You could by five of this kit and not have two of the same toy. These are awesome.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Knight, fun horse, poor combination, March 5, 2003

The Omega male is a great addition to the Stikfa line. His bulk is intimidating, and he has great accessories in his armor and weapons. His horse is a great twist of the Stikfa theme and is also fun to play with. But sadly, having the knight ride his mount reveals their limitations. Although Stikfas are amazingly poseable, these toys suddenly become very clumsy as you struggle to pose them together. A real shame.

5.0 out of 5 stars Loads of fun, March 4, 2003

This is, without a doubt, one of the most fun things with which I have played in my life. It comes with all sorts of cool accessories and things like that. However, there are some problems: since it is so poseable, gravity will often pose it for you (this is especially true of the horse); there are so many accessories that you have to make some hard decisions; and some of the pieces of armor (greaves, helmet, gauntlets) are really hard to get off. No matter, you can do it! I myself do not want to get another one because it's fun if you just fight random stuff you have around- rubber lizards and so on. Buy one- you will not regret it!

The guys at Stikfas/Hasbro do it again with this; their first Deluxe kit. The Omega Armored Knight and Stallions kit is top notch. The knight in this kit is a new, bulkier body style that stands at about 3.5 inches and he comes with snap on armor, bastard sword, Claymore, mace, lance...tons of cool accessories and two different helmets as well. Very impressive figure.

The kit also comes with a noble steed for our Knight. Tons of cool new style body parts are included and it makes a nice horse when completed, however I prefer using the horse parts to kit bash other figures. A centaur, Pan, or even a huge war dog...whatever your imagination desire...

Also included with this kit is a HUGE double sticker sheet for lots of customizing fun.

Sound interesting...? Buy a case. If you buy only one...you'll regret it. I promise...

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Fun!, December 17, 2003

Stikfas are the best idea to come down the line in a long time. Small, compact, highly-poseable, cool looking, etc. I could go on and on, but I won't. What I will say is this:

Fun - 5/5
These things are a lot of fun to build and to play with. Whether setting them up in cool poses or mindlessly fooling around while on the phone, they are great. They are very hard to put down, and when you do, you'll find yourself playing for an extra 5 or 10 minutes so that your figure has just the right pose, so he looks good when you come back to him.

Educational - 4/5
While not "2+2=4" kind of educational, they are condusive to using one's imagination. Unlike a lot of toys, there is no switch on the back to make the figure kick or punch or no large missle-firing weapon to hold. So, playing a little make believe is the way to go here. And all Stikfas come with guns or weapons of some kind. That's a little disclaimer for the protective parents and/or twentysometing toy geeks out there.

Durability - 4/5
While posing, sometimes the figures do fall apart at the joints. But, they go back together easy. And I haven't had one of the individual parts break on me yet, despite lots of play.

With Stikfas there are two great things. Possibility and pose "ability".
With this knight you have the Possibility of customizing your figure and horse into anything your heart desires with a little bit of paint or none at all becuase it comes with a sheet of decals/ stickers. There is even a trick to making a centuar when you combine the knight and horse for all your mythology buffs.
Stikfas also have great Pose "ability" too. Whether it charging another knight for a joust or simply placed keeping watch over desktop kingdom, these guys are very articulated.
I agree these are not for young children due to small parts and a parent will need to help put the knight and horse together. and if ther are any sharpe edges they are easily filed down with a emery board or light sandpaper.
Another trick is if the joints seem too loose for your liking you can dab a little clear nailpolish on the joint and it tights up.
Lots of fun.

If you like models, but always wished you could play with them, this does nicely. The options are plenty and the knight looks [good] with his ... sword. Easy to put together. If you thought the Alpha Male had modification possibilities, throw in the HORSE and you got everything from a Centaur to a horse-headed guy like the one in a Midsummer Night's Dream (whose name escapes me at the moment).

Whoever wrote the first review is likely some seven year old writing bad reviews because he has nothing else to do. This toy is superb. I recently purchased some other figures in the line, and found them exceptionally fun to create and display. This one is no exception. The varity of included parts (shields, armor, weapons, etc.) make for alot of fun (doubly so for kids, who can play with them), especially when assembling them in various ways.
