Fits as tight as they advertise. Makes the perfect hammer even better. It is somewhat prone to being gouged when your trying to squeeze yourself and your toolbelt through tight spots.

This is just a thick piece of rubber with a fancy plastic applicator. For all the "grip enhancement" and "impact protection" this product falsely promises, just save yourself some money and buy a bicycle innertube, cut a section of it as long as you need for you handle, and stretch it over your hammer's handle. That's all it looks like they did.

This is a sloppily cut rubber tube. Made of about 1/16 inch thick rubber.

I used this item on my Stilhetto Ti-bone hammer to cover over the factory grip that was worn and torn. There is no factory replacement for this $200.00 plus dollar hammer handle so I figured this was my best option. The covering went on easily and was done in about a minute from the time I opened the package(I even had time to check the directions. It feels nice with the old soft grip under it and there was no sticky residue like you would get from tape or rubber. Overall it seems to be a good product although I feel it is over priced. Time will tell if it holds up to heavy usage and if not I will add an additional comments.

Cool to install (it 'shrink' wraps to your item) and good grip. It does have a rubbery smell, but I hope that will dissipate over time. Is a bit expensive, though - as much as my loppers themselves for two handles. No competition that I could find, though.

The soft grip on my vaccum cleaner had torn off. I used every type of tape imaginable to fix it. Some tape left black stains on your hand but eventually it would tear or wear off. The handle wrap is easy to install and will stay where you install it. No marks or staining come from the wrap. I highly recommend this where you need to replace the handle grip on any tool or product handle

This was easy to install, stays in place around the handle, is nice and grippy, and seems to help dissipate some vibrations. I installed this on my TiBone Mini 14 to protect the so-far-unreplaceable rubber molded grip. The airgrip confroms to the axe style handle well, and even molds over the end of the handle nicely. I liked this so much I ordered 2 more to grip my Vauhgn Ti-tech and Douglas finish hammer...if only Stiletto made a Tibone finish hammer...
