This CD, "Still Cajun After All These Years", is AWESOME. Doug has only gotten better over the years. I used to listen to him in the 70's but lost track of him and hadn't heard him again until September 2003 when I went to one of his concerts. I then went to see him again in November. He puts on an awesome show and is very friendly to his fans. This CD is just as good as his show. His musicians also do an awesome job! I listen to this CD along with Diggy Diggy Lo. If you ever get into a slump and have no energy, just put on "Still Cajun After All These years" and you won't be able to hold still. It is the best exercise tape there is. The songs in the CD are so down to earth they help keep me grounded. My grandchildren even love to listen to him. Even my 18 yr. old daughter likes to listen to him, especially "Cajun Stripper". That one is a favorite of all my daughters. His songs are so fun to sing along, that I can't keep my mouth shut. My favorites are "Cajun Stripper", "Cajun Baby" and "Toot Toot" Shucks, I love them all. There are just so many good songs that I am hooked on his music. This is a CD that is a must for all of Doug's fans.
I hope he never quits singing and playing his fiddle or any of the other instruments he plays. Doug is very talented and is definitely one of a kind. My Children are all grown now so it is my turn to get hooked on music and what better music to get hooked on.!

If you are a fan of Cajun music, this is really a great CD. Doug Kershaw is one of the best Cajun musicians around and if you are a fan, this CD will not disappoint you.
