Thirty years ago, I learned to cook using a great cookbook called "Eat It" by Dana Crumb. My family and I were really greatful for this book.
Two months ago, I found on-line, that Dana had written a follow-up cookbook called "Still Eatin It". I immediatly ordered it, and have enjoyed reading it almost as much as cooking from it! Her directions are clear and concise, and spiced liberally with humor. These are all new recipes that she had developed over the 20 years following the release of her first cookbook. I would recommend this cookbook to everyone, seasoned cooks as well as novices. My children have fond memories of the recipes they grew up on, and have been as excited as me about trying the new ones! So, get on out there and "Eat It"! |
