I happened to see John Bowman perform as an opening act for Lewis Black about a month ago, and as soon as he finished his act I went to the merchandise table and bought this CD. John is very funny--while he was performing I kept thinking that I should have heard of him before now. I'm not the best at describing a comedian's style of comedy, but if you like Lewis Black, Patton Oswalt, David Cross, then you will probably find John funny. One warning: after listening to this CD you may find the phrase, "I'm a Ford Truck Man, That's all I Drive" stuck in your head. But it's worth it.

One of the funniest comedians I've ever seen! Sometimes comedy doesn't translate as well in audio only. This cd captures the routine I saw - all of it - very well. If you're a comedy fan, you'll love this; John's material is unique & original.
