Google it!
I was able to find the original report with Google. I used "NASA" and "Stirling Engine Design Manual" as search terms and used google's cached page. The .pdf file was here: http://ntrs.nasa.gov/archive/nasa/casi.ntrs.nasa.gov/19830022057_1983022057.pdf

Stirling Engine Design Manual
This book is a copy of a report directed to NASA and the D.O.E. from the early eighties. 70% of its content is reference and dated software text. I don't consider it a waste of money but would not recommend buying it without having first thumbed through it. That said the first 130 pages do deliver!
