Another DK Publising gem!,

I picked up this book today on a whim and I'm so glad I did. I'm pretty new to sewing and needle work, and what I've read so far had me going "Wow, look at that! I didn't know you could do that by hand!" Great descriptions and close-up pictures for tons of stitches, embroidery, needle point, smocking, open work, bead work, bargello (I never even heard of bargello!) Definitely a great stitching reference.
