Even before washing (and shrinking!), this sheet is way too tight for a standard Stokke mattress. It is made of lovely fabric, but the sizing problem is really a shame because it renders the sheet nearly useless. The sheet arrives a bit too small for the standard mattress. Then, after washing, it shrinks even further. It can be used, but it takes two people to stretch it over the mattress carefully. Very frustrating, especially for the price!This is especially irritating as the special oval Stokke crib (which we LOVE) doesn't have very many options for bedding. We ended up buying high quality king size flat sheets and using the fabric to sew fitted sheets for the crib.

Sizing issues with Amazon,

It's nearly impossible to order the right sheets from Amazon. I ordered the item described as "Stokke Sleepi Fitted Sheet, Blue" with supposed dimensions of 27" x 46". These are the dimensions of the full-size Stokke Crib, NOT the Mini Bassinet. But I received a sheet for the Mini, which is of course much too small for the full-size crib; the sheet I received is nowhere near 46" long. I notice that the product descriptions are conflicting -- one says the sheet is for the Mini, the other says the sheet is for the Crib. Finally, I just noticed that some of the reviews for "Stokke fitted sheet" are actually reviews of the waterproof, non-fitted protection sheet. Amazon needs to differentiate better between the regular crib sheets and the mini sheets, and between the waterproof protection layer and the cotton fitted sheets.
