5.0 out of 5 stars true underground, June 18, 2004

This cd is is probably one of the best mystik journeymen cd's put out it's old skool 4 track sh?t, real Hip-Hop for true heads if your still stuck on the mainstream such as nelly and chingy and all that etc.garbage this is not the cd for you if you want to give these kats a chance then stop being stupid and open your mind to real Hip-Hop, commercialism sucks, rappers on TV have no flowz, no vocabulary, and no knowledge of what real Hip-Hop is. these kats(mystic-journeymen)know what's up. if u want to pick up another one of their cd's go cop worlwide underground, and malapas tears. much love to Sunspot jones and psc...

4.0 out of 5 stars Raw hip hop with personality, May 24, 2006
By
This review is from: Stolen Legacy (Audio CD)
This is probably the most hard sounding journeymen album. It is consistent with their anti-commercialism, 4 track style, but less smooth and vibey, more energetic, than some of their later releases. If you love the MJs you need this one, but personally, I like walkman invaders the best. (good luck finding it though) Please buy this CD before it dissapears (like some other journemen releases), it's becoming an endangered species of music. Be advised, this CD is for old-school legends fans, don't buy this if you liked thier "Classic" album, or "Creative Differences", it is low budget and raw sounding true school hip hop.

yo i have been listening to these cats for quite awhile and love everything they put out. the living legends keep it real to the hip hop culture. These cats are the main ones but you need to check out the grouche. this is a cd for the hip hop heads.
