About the Actor

Tony Victory got his start as a choreographer of a local dance troupe in Los Angeles, CA. After joining a fraternity in college his interests turned to Stepping/Stomping and by 1993 he was ranked as one of the top Step Masters in Southern CA. As a result, he appeared in over 100 stomp shows, videos and television productions nationwide. In 2000, Tony V filmed the first Stomp related fitness video entitled Stompercise. It received a 5-star mark in Fit magazine. By 2001, Tony V had been teaching Stompercise at Sheila's Aerobics when he was contacted by Bally's Corporate office to do a special presentation for the opening of their North Long Beach club. They loved the program so much, they asked Tony V to implement the program at many of their Southern California gyms. Tony V subsequently taught at Bally's in Simi Valley, Studio City, Culver City, South Bay, Long Beach, North Long Beach, West L.A., Huntington Park, Cerritos and Long Beach Traffic Circle as well as Crunch in West Los Angeles. While teaching at these gyms Tony V was featured on Brazilian TV, ABC News, KCOP News and FOX 11 News. Since then Tony V has developed many other fitness programs that share the same unique, exciting qualities as Stomperobics. Are you ready to experience the Tony V fitness craze?

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Workout not so great presentation. April 6, 2012
This is a great workout, you get a good sweat and calorie burn and it's a huge departure from the other fitness dvd's on the market so it's a breath of fresh air. HOWEVER THE EDITING (transitions) are HORRIBLY AMATUER and really take away from an excellent workout. I want to give this DVD 3.5 stars because it is better than OK but the overall product (in terms of presentation)could be soooo much better.

5.0 out of 5 stars Stomperobices: No Rhythm Required February 27, 2010
This workout video is one of the few that actually takes the time to teach a beginner how to do the steps slowly. The instructor doesn't make assumptions that his audience is familar with the moves required or will easily pick it up by seeing it one time only.
It is a fun, energetic workout based on the college traditional dance method of stomping. It is the best workout video I've ever purchased. I recommend it for anyone looking for a great cardio workout that's different from the rest.

This is impossible to get into. I had high hopes for this. I thought it would be fun and different. There's no guidance at all.

The dj is including instructions in the music, so you have to listen carefully to what it says and figure out what move to do next. its fun in that you start dancing and it doesn't stop for the whole video so you can really get your heart rate up.

Fitness expert Tony Victory hosts Stomperobics Version One: "The Nutkracker", a cardio workout on DVD based on the college fraternity and sorority dance tradition known as Stomping. Set to an original musical soundtrack, "The Nutkracker" includes an easy-to-follow tutorial, choreographic steps that can be modified for viewers of different skill and intensity levels, and menu chapters that allow one to customize the separate workout programs to one's needs. A great way to liven up one's exercise routine, "The Nutkracker" is an excellent enhancement to personal DVD fitness libraries. 50 minutes.
