About the Author
A model horse collector (mostly Breyers) for over 30 years, the author created a CD-ROM for Breyer Horses and was subsequently asked by the users to create a Stone Horses version. After purchasing a few of these to take pictures of for the CD, the author became hooked on the realism and attention to detail of this new line of model horses. As work for the CD-ROM progressed (requests for collector photos), collectors asked about a book version. The author knew she had all the information needed to create a printed version, and per collector request, published the First Edition (limited) in 2003.
