Review
The book moves very quickly while there is a lot of action. The violence that occurs is handled very well. IT is not gory or gratuitous, which often happens in science fiction. I can honestly say that I look forward to reading Book 2. I found the book to be filled with new ideas for sci-fi fans. The entire concept of the Stones' and their qualities if truly unique and quite fascination. I found it hard to put the book down. When I left it, I kept going back to the story to find out what was next. This definitely a good sign for opening novel of a series.
