I was very surprised that these were so affordable for such a great look. They arrived already put together (praise be), the color is good (kind of a reddish-brown cherry), the rushes are nice and comfortable too.

My big complaint, however, is that the foot rests (the cross pieces near the floor, if you know what I mean) are considerably lower than any other stool I have ever used. The pair of stools I already had that I bought these to complement have foot rests that are a good 4" higher. I am an average height woman, and my feet just barely reached them, meaning sitting on this stool for more than 5 minutes left my legs completely numb. This is a common problem for women, and probably no one taller than 5'6" even knows it's an issue, but I occasionally go to restaurants that have those trendy chairs just a bit taller than normal ones and my feet just graze the floor. It's a miserable experience. If you want these for children, they will find it very difficult to climb up on. So I admit it isn't a problem for everyone, but for those that it IS a problem for, it has the potential to be a pretty major one. If you are a tall person, you should have no fear in purchasing them. I am happy with the stools otherwise, and feel they are a good value.

I was able to find these 24" barstools on Amazon for $25.00 each and free shipping!! We will be selling our home this spring and needed stools to complete the look of the new island so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. They arrive completely assembled and my husband had them in place when I got home from work. They look great. The walnut finish matches other pieces in the kitchen and the rush seats give them an old world look. They are sturdy; a prerequisite with 13 grandchildren! The kids love having their own space to sit and eat and it was nice to have guests sitting there talking to me as I worked in the kitchen. But, best of all they are very comfortable with seats large enough to accomodate everyone's bottom!! After months of searching, I found just what I was searching for at Amazon. I would highly recommend these stools to anyone. Love them!!

I had seen similar bar stools at a friend's house but could not locate them locally. Amazon as usual came through with offering these which are PERFECT! In fact my son could not believe how comfortable they are as well as attractive both in looks and value in cost. They are as sturdy as I need and look nice. The rush seat feels padded and is comfortable plus wide!! I recommend these! Plus they arrive totally assembled!

These stools arrived timely in fully assembled condition - what a life saver! They are good looking and reasonably priced. One flaw - the foot rest can be higher by 3", which would be much more comfortable for my height (5'7"). I understand this is personal. But, comparing to two other types of stool I currently have, the foot rest for this one is about 3" - 4" lower than them. Other than that, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Was pleasantly surprised at how attractive and sturdy these stools were! We bought a total of four and they look GREAT.

These bar stools came already assembled. They are very well made and they look fabulous at my small counter.

I bought these stools to sit up to a counter height table that I have my computer sitting on
they work great are compact enough to slide under the table and are of good quality.

After a couple of our $150 high counter stools broke, rather than spend so much AGAIN, we opted for these simple but classic stools. They are perfect. They come completely put together. They are sturdy, and easily pushed up under the counter get get out of the way. We bought TWO sets!

I have a hard time with my knee's and the stools are a perfect height for me.

I wasn't sure what to expect with these little stools, but I'm happy I decided to order. I'd been wanting an inexpensive set of stools for my kitchen island and these fit the bill. They arrived packaged together and already assembled. The rush seat is nice and put together well. The stools are sturdy. The color is a light reddish brown which compliments my dining table set.

Overall, a great deal!
