Eve A. Wood, M.D., is the author of numerous articles for medical and professional publications and is a frequent speaker at national workshops and conferences, including the American Psychiatric Association.

She has served on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, the executive committee of The Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital, and was recently appointed Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona Program in Integrative Medicine.

This kit has all you need to get a grip on anxiety! A CD with meditations and relaxation techniques, a guidebook, a journal, and beautiful affirmation cards. There are also blank affirmation cards on which you can write your own specific affirmations. I really love the "Thought Stopping Plan." There is yet another set of cards for this. It has helped me become more watchful and aware of thoughts that create or add to my anxiety.

The box that the kit comes in is so pretty that it is like giving yourself a beautiful (not just practical) gift. It would also be a great gift for friends and loved ones.

I got this kit only a few days ago and it has already helped tremendously. It has a great CD and tools to help you get a grip on your anxiety. The book is very short and right to the point which is great. I highly recommend this kit.
