Alan Schlines defeated his incurable arthritis over 10 years ago. He remains pain-free and his mission is to help educate people on natural health so that they too can enjoy a better quality of life. He believes that natural health options should be brought to everyone's awareness and available to them if they so desire. He is a member of The Coalition for Natural Health, American Holistic Health Association (AHHA), Herb Research Foundation, and EarthSave International. He graduated with a business degree from Chapman University and lives in Southern California.

I found this book to be extremely useful as a guide to use natural methods towards arthritis. The author explains how drugs only interfere with the body's natural healing process and how improving the immune system is the key to beating this disease. I recommend that anyone who is tired of dealing with the pain should buy this book asap to help heal their body.

This new book explains in detail how the author went from crippling arthritis to defeating it using only natural programs. He goes into great detail on what steps he took and backs them all up with facts. I especially like all the facts he provides on vitamins and herbs and the benefits they do for the body. I give this book 5 stars and recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health.
