This book is great for beginner sales people to learn a more effect means of selling, Listening was highly correlated with sales success and this book focuses on this key skill in their sales process. Remember there are many different sales process (different than techniques) and this book presents a listening based sales process, which I find works well for small to large retail sales. I recommended this to several of my student entering the sales field.
