This is an excellent book! It takes you through the in's and out's of the credit and debt collection laws and makes everything simple. How to handle debt collectors, your legal rights, and even sample letters! This really has it all! If the debt collectors want a war, blind side them with your legal rights!!!

This book is the best and most thorough I have read on Debt Collection. The sample letters are helpful and most of all it lets me know the info I have been missing on how to handle debt collection.
