1.0 out of 5 stars Strange Book
Like a similar reader, I found this to be a very strange book. I am not into New Age thinking, though, so that could have been the problem. I think what turned me off the most was the credits in the last few pages. The author talked mostly about the people who helped her make money and profits and then thanked her mother or someone for 'helping me become a miracle worker'...

I think what turned me off the most was the credits in the last few pages. The author talked mostly about the people who helped her make money and profits and then thanked her mother or someone for 'helping me become a miracle worker' or something to that effect. I just thought the book was not useful at all and I finally threw it away.

1.0 out of 5 stars Stop out of Control Eating, August 13, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Stop Out-of-Control Eating : The Big Heart Way to Create Strength Through Inner Peace (Paperback)
This book might be a good read for those interested in a 12-step type approach to eating, such as abstinence of sugar. I found it a little strange, however. The first part of the book I didn't really understand and the second part was a little vague. For those wanting a no-diet approach, I would recomment Overcoming Overeating by Hirschmann and Munter instead.
