About the Author
Camille McConnell is a life and business coach, author, and speaker. Her inspiration to write Stop Overeating Today! was her success in ending overeating in her own life. She wants to show people, step by step, how overeating and emotional eating can be conquered. Her book offers 33 concise, innovative, and powerful tips that are changing lives. In 2005 she graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Sociology and in 2007 she graduated from life coaching school The School of the Work of Byron Katie. Camille also worked as an eating disorder recovery mentor from 2002 - 2005. As a life coach, she inspires her clients to break free from limiting thoughts and habits so they can achieve success.
