5.0 out of 5 stars Bought it on a hunch, a very good hunch...
I got Electro Glide in Blue after hearing some of Apollo's stuff and was slightly dissapointed but i heard this song had an almost Fatboy Slim sound to it so, on a hunch i purchased this single. After reviewing the track listing I was delighted to see that i got an Urban Takeover remix of Raw Power which turned out to be very good, as are most Urban Takeover...

I got Electro Glide in Blue after hearing some of Apollo's stuff and was slightly dissapointed but i heard this song had an almost Fatboy Slim sound to it so, on a hunch i purchased this single. After reviewing the track listing I was delighted to see that i got an Urban Takeover remix of Raw Power which turned out to be very good, as are most Urban Takeover remixes(although they are all pretty much alike), the song itself, Stop The Rock, was very cool and very bouncy and Big Beat-ish, the Gigolo Stop the Jocks Remix, contrary to its name, turned out to be Trance/house if there is such a thing. Krupa, which i had before is pretty good and thats about it, I totally suggest this cd to any Big Beat fan.

Heard this song on EA Sports' FIFA 2000 and then before the Cult concert I saw at the Jersey Shore. This is a great song to get your day (or Friday evening) going.

With all the humour of Fatboy Slim and the rockin power of a full-on band with two drummers. This track rocks.
