I've been trying to quit smoking for about a month now and this is the third self hypnosis recordings that I've tried. This one is working for me. The background sounds are easy on the ears and don't distract me like one of the other ones I have. It's a woman's voice doing it and it's a voice that I could listen too all night. Very easy on my ears, easy to understand what she's saying.

I'm 49 and I've been smoking two packs a day for over thirty years. I've tried all sorts of things over the years to quit with no luck. This time I think I'm going to make it. Along with using this hypnosis program I'm also taking the new Rx drug Chantix. I've got 25 days in now since I started to take the Chantix. I went from two packs a day to less than half a pack, for the first ten days, and then nothing to smoke. Now I haven't had even a drag off a smoke for Fifteen days!

I would definitely recommend this Hypnosis recording to anyone that is trying to quit. But your going to have to WANT to quit and you will have to really TRY to quit. This wont do it for you, but it WILL help. I hope it works as well for you as it is for me and good luck.

I wrote this last Oct. 2007, it's now April 2008. That makes it 6 months now without a smoke! Just thought I'd up date it for ya all to show that it has worked.

I have been s smoker for about 30 years. I have tried so many other options to quit and have considered a hypnosis CD for a while. This is the first time I have been able to hear a clip from one. It sounds so relaxing and real. The voice on the CD was so relaxing and soothing. I think it is just what I am looking for.
