You can quit smoking,

This CD is based on ideas that work, and have worked to help many people succeed at smoking cessation. Of course, no CD can make a person quit, but this CD does teach you how and you can experience success by following the ideas on this CD. My voice can be heard in video and audio all over the internet by simply searching for my name in a search engine.My best to all who try to quit. Hypnosis is an effective tool and this CD can teach you how to be successful anytime you are ready to give up smoking.

This product says you can be smoke free after listening to this one time. I am sorry to say this product did not work for me at all. Not the first time used, or second, third, or twenty-first. I found this person's voice obnoxious.
