I used these patches when I went on a family vacation with a bunch of non-smokers. I was very surprised at how effective they were in taking away cravings and relieving stress, better than nicotine patches that I have also tried. I stopped without agony for ten days. I started smoking again after returning to the real world - not committed yet. I am ready to stop again, and am ordering these patches for support. If you are quitting, you may find these patches very helpful for a relatively low cost.

When I quit I paid 3x as much for herb patches. So when it was my husband's turn to quit, I took a chance at getting these very low priced patches.
They worked just as well as the expensive ones! The best is that they help with the "edgy-ness" that occurs with the desires. I TOTALLY recommend these for anyone wanting to help themselves and those around them!

I feel like these are just skin colored stickers. they did absolutely nothing, even though i really wanted to stop smoking. and if it isnt bad enough that it does nothing, it leaves a sticky mess after you pull it off. dont waste your money.

I only saw a slight decrease in my desire for nicotine with these patches, though I must admit, I only used them for 2 days. I went back to my regular nicotine patch, but plan on giving these another shot soon. I'll post another review then if I see some improvement.

I have to admit, there's a placebo effect to the patches. And if you use them for the recommended 60 to 90 days, well, that's how long it takes to break an addiction, so then you're in the clear anyway.

I haven't noticed any sensations at all while using the patch ... ziltz, nada.

There's no list of ingredients, either, so even though it's "herbal" and it's not required to list ingredients, it gives way to even more skepticism that there's, most likely, nothing in little patches besides adhesive.

I bought these patches to try out before giving to a friend who stopped smoking and is blaming every anxious experience on not smoking. I have anxious habits, so I wanted to see if it relieved my anxieties.

I *think* I *should* feel something, so I'm waiting, waiting, waiting for it to *work* and while I'm waiting, I'm not participating in feeling anxious and making myself feel calmer b/c "I have the patch on", so that's the placebo effect. The mind is the most powerful tool. I'm doing better with brainwashing myself using my own neuro linguistic programming (NLP) than I am with the patches.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the patch. I do realize that you have to be commited to stop smoing as well, which I was geared up to do, but the patch in no way has helped me to take the edge off. Thumbs down!

These are a joke. They are like little square band aids. They DO NOT WORK> Don't try these. I was rippped off.
