I read this book in between taking 3 kids and 1 large dog to school/ various appointments and starting up my own home-based business. It helped me focus on what were true priorities to me. I then applied those priorities directly to my goals. It takes focus and discipline, and I found it became easier to apply those priorities over time.

I would recommend this book to any one (male or female, any age!) who is not thriving in a multi-tasking environment, or feels they should be doing something else all the time. It is a great starting point for anyone, and provides insight into what is really important to you. If you have not had the pleasure of speaking to Sue Guihar in person or on the phone, do yourself (and everyone around you) a big favor, and get in touch with her. She offers the ability to communicate vivid & recognizable truth with calm, kind-hearted neutrality. She helps you understand that you are the true expert in your own life and that the answers are all within you and within reach.

Stop spinning plates is a must read and a must have for anyone! I personally am not a mom, but I am a daughter, a sister, an aunt and a fiance. Stop spinning plates relates to all aspects of life. As a business owner, I am having to balance my professional and personal life on a daily basis. At times it can be very overwhelming. With the tools and knowledge that Sue and Mary bring in this book, you can learn to define your values and create your visions that will in-turn allow you to succeed in all areas of your life. This book allowed me to develop my own definition of what "greatness" means to me. At the same time it has helped me to concentrate more on the areas where I thrive, thus making it easier to acheive and believe in my goals and dreams.

Thank you Sue and Mary for creating such a wonderful resource. I have already gone back to certain sections just to remind myself of what it is that I need to focus on! What a great tool to have and use over and over again!

Thank you Sue and Mary. I read your book on the plane to Disney at a time when my personal "fuel tank" was empty. Your book was easy to read, thought provoking and offered DOABLE practical tips for me. Thanks for helping me gain new perspectives to create a different vision for myself. My tank is now full and I am ready to start a whole new journey! Thank you for sharing and putting such wonderful resources together in your book.

WOW! I'M NOT THRU THE BOOK JUST YET AND I HAD TO WRITE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ANYONE WHO FEELS OVERWHELMED BY JUGGLING FAMILY, WORK AND PLAY. THIS BOOK IS FUN, IT HAS ME THINKING ABOUT ME, AND HOW I WANT MY LIFE TO BE. I LOVE THAT IT NEVER TOLD ME "I SHOULD DO THIS OR " I SHOULD FEEL THAT",IT SIMPLY HAS ME MOVING AND THINKING FORWARD... A VERY UNIQUE BOOK.

The first time I read this book, I read it in one sitting (it is that good!). Since then I have gone back to the book again and again. It is filled with activities to help moms (or anyone who feels like thier life is a bit out of control) see thier lives more clearly and discover what truly matters.

This book should be in every busy person's library!

Stop Spinning Plates - a great title and a great book! This is a very informative book for working mothers, even those without their own business! Balance is something all mothers need and this book gets you thinking about ways you can achieve balance. This book helps you remember what is a priority in your life. I found it very enjoyable to read!
