I reiterate my subject line that this book should be in every high school classroom. This book contains knowledge that our youth need to learn before the greed and gluttony of corporate fast food america indocternate their impressionable minds with their filth.
This book offers an excellent review of ayruvedic beliefs of health and wellness. The author's recommendations on food intake and choices are 100% accurate with traditional ayruveda teachings and also add a contemporary spin to these teachings. I strongly suggest anyone serious about learning how to attain a healthier lifestyle read and study this book.
