Jesus told stories as His primary way of teaching us and challenging us to live as God commands. Through Christ's parables, we get an inside peek at the nature of the almighty God. John Buekema helps us hear these stories in ways we may never have heard them before, applying a quick wit, vivid descriptions, and keen observations. If you've wanted to read about Jesus with new eyes and fresh insight, this is a great place to start. You may even find the parables shaking you out of complacency and leading you into a richer, fuller Christian life.
