BEST Potato salad you will ever have... Everything you get in the restaurant now available for you to "attempt not screwing it up" at home. There is a reason he says Trust Your Chef.

Bryan is an inspired chef with a gift for a story as well as his addictive cuisine! Upon buying the book at his GREAT little restarant in Cave Creek, I quickly scanned the recipes to see that Yes, all my favourite menu items were there:
Oh, the mouthwatering brisket,
the clean, summery watermelon with cardamom honey,
the sticky, spicy lamb drumstick,
the silky, ethereal potato salad,
the sophisticated, slippery spaghetti squash.
YUMMMMM

This book will elevate any amateur BBQer to amazing heights. Believe me, these dishes are addictively fabulous.
The only thing is - every time I start reading the recipes and cute stories I feel like getting in the car and going to the restaurant!

I worked for Bryan for a little while. He is an amazing and funny person. I just ordered the book and I am HOPING that the recipe for the smoked tomato mayo is in it! This stuff is amazing! It went on the fried artichoke sandwich, but the employees, me especially, loved it on the smoked chicken sandwich. AMAZING! It really irritated him that we would use the sauce "not as intended" . He would hide it from me. I'm very much looking forward to the cookbook. I know it will be fabulous! You can't go wrong with anything he creates,
