this lego set is really cool! I give it 3 stars for durability since it is a lego. If you loved the scene in the movie, you will love this set! I dont like how the shack spins though. Honeydukes comes with it too! the person to animal thing actually worrks! If you have a lego collection this is a must!

I purchased this set for My SweetHeart, who is very much into Harry Potter Legos! Upon receiving the package, we found that it was in Excellent condition and the box was still sealed from the factory! Even though this set was 5 years old, it was still in Perfect condition and the set was complete. She was Very satisfied with the purchase, and moreso since it was a Collectible! We have made many purchases through Amazon, and have been 100% satisfied every time!

5.0 out of 5 stars Lego's Shrieking Shack, December 16, 2005
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Lego Stories & Themes Harry Potter Shrieking Shack (4756) (Toy)
This toy is awesome! The shack has been boarded up so you must sneak in through a window or use floo powder and enter through the fireplace. Spin the shack sideways to come up from the under ground tunnel after you've defeated the whomping willow. Once inside, be careful if you sit on the bed... it may drop you through the floor! The table is no ordinary table... need a quick hiding place? Watch out! Petigrew is over by the small shed changing into a rat! (It really works!) If you make it out alive, stop by Honeydukes for a popcicle or lollipop. Overall this toy is loads of fun and stays together pretty well once it is built.

5.0 out of 5 stars This Toy Is Very Cool!, January 2, 2005

This review is from: Lego Stories & Themes Harry Potter Shrieking Shack (4756) (Toy)
This toy is very cool because it stays together very well, and it includes Honeyduke's, the candy store, that doesn't show up in the movie for a long time. It has Sirius Black as a dog and as himself. Under the little house, you can change people into animals. In the candy store, it includes some cherries and apples. At first, it doesn't stick together well but then it starts sticking together. By Max, age 6

4.0 out of 5 stars nice toy, December 20, 2004

This review is from: Lego Stories & Themes Harry Potter Shrieking Shack (4756) (Toy)
This is a fun toy when you put it toghether and it does not break apart first! It is not really durable unless you build it on hard something but it is sort of hard to put togheter but it looks nice when it is done and built. Honeydukes keeps coming apart when you try to build it and I got lost in the shack when building. I have not done the hole thing yet but will soon! Some times the lego keeps coming un done and get sort of anyoing but if you want something to make you not bored or is low tempered then buy this toy.
