These guys are so good. It is a crime that they aren't heard on every radio station and aren't a household name. Anyway...the album itself is full of their unique brand of catchy, aggressive, fast punk rock with about 4 reggae-influenced songs. At first, I was thinking that this wasn't their strongest release, but after playing it a few more times, it has continued to grow on me, and now this is probably my favorite album of theirs. The lyrics are emotional and creative, and there isn't a dull moment on the whole album. The musicianship is really really good. These guys are in my top 5 favorite bands ever, and are my favorite live band. They bring so much energy to every show they do, you can't help but get into it, even if you're not familiar with their music. I've never seen a band with such an ability to rile a crowd up and get everybody into it. On top of that, they are super nice, approachable dudes. Long story short, if you liked these guys' previous releases, you will love this one. And for those of you who haven't heard them, please give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.

The music in this album is very good, fast-paced rock. With catchy melodies and vocals, this is one of the best music purchases I've made in quite some time. I highly recommend it.

One reason to miss Arizona!,

Love these guys... have followed them since 'One More Minute'.... highly underrated band. Lead singer pops around Tempe/Phoenix just playing acoustic gigs... these guys play bc they genuinely love it. Like Sublime/NoFX/Something Corporate had one awesome baby....

I am from Illinois and saw these guys play in Arizona a couple of weeks ago. I had never heard of them before and their live show was awesome! I then bought this cd and have had it in my car for days and absolutely love it! Fantastic!

Authority Zero has always been a band to put out solid material on a regular basis with passion, energy, and musicianship to rival any other band on or off the radio. Having said that, 12:34 showed a change in style that just seemed a bit formulaic to me. the mid tempo, no reggae songs with uplifting lyrics that filled most of the cd were very good, just not as creative as AZ has been in the past. This time around, with return of bassist Jeremy Wood, we see a lot of his creativity, as well as the band's, building on the strengths of their previous releases while also keeping things fresh and bringing a little of the old sound back into the picture as well. Jeremy's driving basslines along to Jason's voice make every track on this album a winner, and the heavy reggae influence towards the end of the cd make this a must for fans of any previous release. Still not as raw as Andiamo and their debut, this cd is a step in the right direction for a band that continues to deliver the goods, whether in the mainstream of underground.

Authority Zero is missing a major piece of the puzzle,

I knew something was off during the first track right off the bat. I thought "Well, I guess they needed a generic opening song for some filler or something" and skipped to the next one. It sounded a little off too, so I researched a bit and found out their guitar player from the first 3 albums had quit in 2008. That said, it's not a bad album. I would rate every song 3/5 stars. The replacement guitarist is no match for the classic lineup with the chemistry that was so evident in the first 3 records and in concert. They are making a valiant effort to stay the same band and stay in the same vein as they have, but this record didn't sound like them to me that much. Maybe the next record they will have some history and chemistry built up and blow this one out of the water, but for now beware and be sure to listen before you buy!

What can I say? It's an Authority Zero Album, and just like all of it's predecessors it's awesome. Buy it.

Agree with everything J.Owens said. I'm a big AZ fan, and this release is one of their best, IMO. Live shows are always a great time. I simply can not understand how these guys are not hugely popular.
