This was another excellent text from Haestad, one that is easy to read but gives thorough coverage of all subjects. A sound addition to any technical library.

I thought this book was well writen and thorough. The software that accompied the book was complete and usable. I wish it had slightly more capability, because you could not really develop a good working model since you were limited to 10 nodes. But overall worth the money. I am a practising engineer and need to brush up on stormwater, and this book helped greatly.

Recommend it.

This book complies numerous other "text books" into one concise reference. It includes all aspects needed for understanding the mechanics of designing a stormwater system. From determining your peak rates of runoff to modeling practices this is the A to Z book to have! The software which comes with the book is extremely useful, although it does have some limitations. If you are interested in getting a great book and an introduction to the Haestad software this is the product to buy!

Very well thought out book. The book takes complex subject matter and presents it in a logical fashion allowing engineers to quickly find reference info. for their hydrologic models.

The book is well organized, and is very easy to read. It is a terrific reference for self study. This book would also make a great textbook for college course work in stormwater management. Another super reference by Heastad.

This is a good book with a lot of technical information that is easy for someone to follow. It is suitable as a textbook for engineering student and as a reference book for practicing engineers.

This book is an easy to use and concise reference for design of stormwater collection and retention systems. In my work I refer to it at least once or twice a month. The book has step-by-step examples and has the latest stormwater management techniques. Whether you use Haestad software or not, this book is written to assist anyone who designs stormwater management systems.

Haestad has produced a great reference book for all levels of engineers to use again and again. Keep these book nearby at all times!! Highly recommended.

Es un libro de consulta muy utilizado en mi actividad docente. dentro de mis preferencias, se encontraría un mayor nivel de detalles gráficos y figuras para una accesibilidad más francas por parte de alumnos y jóvenes profesionales.

In my past 19 years of Civil Engineering experience I haven't read a better text than Headstads for Stormwater Conveyance and Design. The the book is written in a simple easy to understand manner. It sites real world type of examples and explains step by step how to solve them. It's nice to be able to read past theories, graphs and equations. I wish it came out years ago when I was in college. Well done Heastad and Co.
