This CD is fantastic and on the top of our play list. It's not always easy to find kids music that meets your musical needs too, but this CD is a wonderful fit for both kids and parents. The songs on this album are a great bridge to the stories we tell and read to our daughter. The lyrics are catchy, fun to sing along, and strike a cord with kids.

The CD art is great and the website also offers some fun activities like coloring pages. It's going to be the new gift we give for all of the birthdays we have coming up this year.

I highly reccomend that you give it a listen.

I purchased this CD for my grandson, Elliot, and ended up buying it for all of my younger friends who have small children of their own. It's delightful music, with easy-to-follow, easy-to-understand lyrics that span many age groups. I particularly like the variety of styles of music, and Debbie's enthusiasm and love of children shines through every note.

Oh, and Elliot is a big fan, too!

All I can say is that this "Story Songs and Sing Alongs" makes my 1 year-old son laugh, dance, and bounce--in short, it makes him happy. And as his father, that's what makes ME happy! Thanks to Debbie and all of her friends!!!

Story Songs and Sing Alongs

Truly this the best CD for all ages--2 to 88!

Friends of mine with children as well as my dear father, a retired 88+ educator, have all pronounced this a smashing experience. I like it myself for the days that I need some "inspiration" to start a challenging day. I keep it in my car CD player for just that purpose!!

The songs are very well written and performed--it has a good mixture of tempos and beats. My friends tell me that their children dance and sing along and have such fun. What could be better?

This makes a great gift--for yourself, your families, your children's day care and/or school teachers--truly, it is just the best!!

I am the Early Childhood Division (Preschool - Kindergarten) Director at an independent school in Philadelphia. We are huge fans of Debbie Cavalier! All the children in my division, from the 3 year-olds to the Kindergarteners, have been listening non-stop to her CD. In fact, one day while I was having lunch with one of the Kindergarten classes, they sang their way through lunch! They love "Jack and the Beanstalk" and "Opposites". Debbie's songs reveal how tuned into children she is. We're looking forward to hearing new songs in the future!

This CD has been a lifesaver in the car with our 18-month-old...she loves it, and so do we (that's a TRIPLE lifesaver). One of our favorites is "I've Got a Laugh" -- and there's nothing to warm your heart like the sound of a little 18-mo. voice in the background doing her "ha ha!" with Debbie. Another favorite is "Hanging Around," which gets into the names of groups of animals... who knew that a group of frogs was called an "army?" And who expected that a Jamaican singer would rap about it at the end of the song (my personal favorite...)?

I have a 2-year old who just loves Debbie and Friends Story and Sing Alongs. She gets up and dances away to this music and loves listening to the stories.

This is a must have for any of your children and an excellent gift for the birth of a child or any child's birthday.

Debbie does a wonderful job with her new cd. You should also check out her website which has fun activities and gives a list of all the places she will be appearing at. Your children will love it. A note to daycare providers, you should also look into having Debbie at any of your activities.

Gave Debbie and Friends to my niece for her birthday. The kids loved it! Now the CD is part of the perminent collection that my sister keeps in her Windstar Van. Catchy songs that are fun to sing along to.

As a musician and former producer I really appreciate the quality production that has gone into this CD. As a Godfather to two young girls I know they will enjoy the easy to learn and catchy melodies. Thanks Debbie and Friends for making a CD that both kids and adults can enjoy!

My son absolutely loves this cd. Whenever I put it on he starts dancing around the room. Anyone with a toddler knows that they love to listen and do the same things over and over, with this cd I don't mind hitting replay. I have often found myself continuing to listen to it long after my son has fallen asleep in the car.

I have recommended this to all my friends with little ones.
