Sweet little coloring book best suited for kids with markers rather than crayons, due to fine spacing on some of the pictures. I see very few viking stereotypes here, and the degree of historical accuracy a coloring book can be expected to deliver. If you and your kids can handle a few priests and villagers getting whacked and want to see vikings being vikings, this will be a fun book to add color to. };>{>

Excellent coloring book with many fine drawings covering various aspects of life from villages to combat. Each page includes short details concerning the page. I recommend the book for anyone who enjoys drawing.

This is a nice coloring book with numerous detailed drawings of Vikings, their Gods, and their life styles. The drawings are extremely well done, but perhaps, a bit too detailed for the very young who might quickly loose their focus on coloring due to the extensive amount of specific lines to color within.

i got this book for my 5yo nephew and was pleased to see it was a pretty good thumbnail history of the vikings in europe. i was even more pleased to see the vikings wreaking havoc amongst their victims, this book has scenes of dead people and fighting.

one thing though, the pictures are kinda detailed, not exactly within the realm of young kid's capabilities. if your child's crayon artistry more resembles a rorschach test than a rembrandt, this book isn't for you!
