This 2-1/4-quart square canister is designed for use with the FoodSaver and FreshSaver Vacuum Packaging Systems. This system vacuum-packs food to keep it fresh three-to-five-times longer than regular plastic storage units. Use this canister for preparing casseroles ahead of time, storing easily crushed items, and for marinating--the vacuum-sealing process speeds up marinating time from hours to minutes. The base can be microwaved, so it's easy to reheat food straight from the fridge, and the canister should also keep cold cuts and cheeses moist, fresh, and free from mold, as well as keeping berries and lettuce fresh and firm. Made of a heavy-duty, smoky-colored polycarbonate, the base is dishwasher-safe, but the lid needs to be hand washed, because of the vacuum-system controls. --Doree Armstrong

I own a few of Ms. Stotts videos and find them all to be a great source to workout with. She walks you through each step clearly and simply. In this particular video, a handy pop-up screen appears at the appropriate time in the right hand corner, to display modifications to the exercises for your body's abilities. I highly recommend her tapes.
