stott pilates stability ball
I am quite happy with this item. It was a bit of a hassle blowing it because it took a bit of time. The one I had before had a foot pump which was easier. It is well made and I'm more than pleased with the purchase.

Great product, but ball too small.
This is a great product, but the stability ball is too small to do the workout. I am 5'6" and it states to get the 55cm ball. The ball feels very sturdy and strong. I tried the workout but I felt very hunched over to do some of the exercises, especially when working on the lower half of my body, which in turn really hurt my back. This is a great product, but the stability ball is too small to do the workout. I am 5'6" and it states to get the 55cm ball. The ball feels very sturdy and strong. I tried the workout but I felt very hunched over to do some of the exercises, especially when working on the lower half of my body, which in turn really hurt my back. The workout definitely works because I could felt the "good" kind of soreness the next day, so I know it really targeted my muscles. I think I am going to purchase a larger stability ball though so my back doesn't hurt so much.
