As catchy as a cold "Straight On" benefits from the immediately recognizable vocal talents of Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders. The synthesizers are a little odd, almost reminiscent of some of the things the Human League used to do, but they don't distract from the track's flat-out danceability. It's nice to see Chrissie back on the charts again too, but somewhat sad her vocals are absent from almost all the remixes as that would be a huge bonus. What a strange video too!

This song is excellent, and extremely catchy. Chrissy Hynde seemed like an odd choice at first to do vocals on a dance track, but it works out perfect. This single has got to be #1 in the UK.
