Hot nights and cold sweats,
By Stuart Bender (Los Angeles, California United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Stranger to Death (Tommie LaBrizzi Mysteries) (Paperback)
Hot nights and cold sweats - More twists than a deep-fried cruller! Robert Della Valle's first novel, "Stranger to Death" follows an ex-lawyer's journey through the fast lanes and stagnant gutters of New York City, covering more nooks and crannies than oozing jelly on a toasted english. It's a fast ride, a fast read and one smart mystery! Once this "jamook" started reading it, he couldn't stop 'til he dropped! Breathin' heavy now 'til Tommie La Brizzie and his pals once again worm their way through the bruised skin to the seedy core of the big rotten apple- Can't wait for Tommie to get back in town. Make tracks, man, make tracks!
