Worthless attempt at "literary" criticism,
By Michael A. Duvernois (Minneapolis, MN United States) - See all my reviews (TOP 500 REVIEWER) (REAL NAME)
This review is from: Strangers Ourselves: The Adventures of Paul Theroux (Paperback)
This is a book printed by a micro-sized Indian publisher, do a little search and you'll find this book mentioned in a newspaper article. It's a vanity effort really. Nothing of value to note in the book. It's certainly not a popular book aimed at a "deeper understanding of his work" nor is it serious literary criticism.
If you've read a few Theroux books, and you sat at your laptop writing down your thoughts on those books, you too could publish sometime similar. In fact, the next time I'm traveling on a (slow) train in India I might just do that.

Strangers Ourselves: The Adventures of Paul Theroux,
By william briscoe "Paul Theroux "Bill"" (Windsor, Ontario Canada) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Strangers Ourselves: The Adventures of Paul Theroux (Paperback)
[This is a terrible book, its title is misleading. If you wish to learn more about Paul Theroux, read his travel books. This is a book of dreary literary criticism.
