I purchased this dress in black for my bridemaids, and they are PERFECT!
The dress gives a nice hourglass appearance to those who are a bit wide in the mid-section and accents beautifully those who already have a great figure.
DESCRIPTION:
It is VERY well made, especially for the price! It is equivilent to a $125-150 dress at Dillard's or a $200 dress at any bridal shop. The fabric is nice, thick, quality satin. The bodice is fully lined with boning in strategic areas to help provide that hourglass look as well as with holding the dress up on those "blessed" in the bust area. The skirt has a detached lining reaching to the floor with mesh material from about the knee down. The bow at the waist has 2 streamers hanging from it that are a foot long or so. It is easily detached (only held on with a few whip stitches) but we kept it on. The dress becomes plain without it. However, Im sure replacing it with a brooch of some sort or sash would be beautiful as well.
The dress comes with a sash/shoulder wrap that is about a foot wide and 4 feet long (give or take, i didnt measure it)and spaghetti straps to attach if needed. However, if you use the straps, they will have to be sewn on because there are no hooks on the dress. Also, another review mentions a loop on the sash to hook it to the dress. The loop is just there as a way to hang it on the hanger.
EASY ALTERATION:
Before purchasing this dress, I read several reviews stating the dress is large in the bust, and they were right, kinda... I ordered 2 dresses for girls that are both pretty "busty"(size C-D cups). One girl is rather thin, and usually has to go up a size to allow room for her "girls", then take it up at the waist. However, I stuck to the sizing chart when ordering, and suggest everyone order accordingly. The dresses fit perfect everywhere but at the top seam of the dress. Each girl had plenty of room in the bust; however, the dress doesnt taper back in toward the shoulders as much as it should. This resulted in the top of the dress standing away from the chest and allowing anyone looking from above to see straight down into their "business". So, we put a "dart" on each side midway between their underarm and nipple (sorry, not trying to be x-rated, but best way to describe.) What I mean by "dart" is at the location mentioned we took about a 1/2 inch up. The "dart" goes down towards the floor at about a 45 degree angel and gradually takes up less material until there is nothing left to take up. It ended up about 2 1/2-3" long. This pulled the top of the dress flush to the girl chest and no longer allowed full visual access to all their business. It also flatters their bustline much more and allowed us to not have to use straps.
If you have a girl that is a bit small in the bust, the dart should still probably only be 3" long max, but you will begin with taking more than a 1/2 inch out of the dress. I believe they make it this way so most everyone will fit, but you may have to take it up on some. Trust me! Putting this dart in the very top is MUCH easier than redoing the entire bodice because they have big boobs. Especially since there is boning in the bodice.

I ordered his dress in their Aqua color for my Graduation, and it's EXACTLY like what the picture shows. Very Nice. It is a floor length dress for those who are about 5'7 - 5'8. Since I'm about 5'10 it's short, but fine. In more detail under the dress there is some tulle at the bottom up to about the knee, there isn't any lining so if tulle annoys you you might want to put some lining in there. The bow isn't sewn all the way around, but is sewn enough. The spaghetti straps that come with it are around the diameter of a computer mouse cord, and they have to be sewn on yourself as there are no hooks of any kind on the dress itself. The scarf is very nice, long enough, and has a loop in the middle to attach it somewhere which I've not found yet. Overall the dress holds up well. As for shipping, it was Fast considering other places. I ordered it on a Tuesday, it came in on Saturday wrapped in plastic inside a box somewhat bigger than a laptop.

I recently got married, and my bridesmaids and I are scattered across the country, so I took a chance and told them to order these through Amazon to make it easiest. They got them in Lilac, and they were beautiful! The other reviewers are correct that the bust is large in these dresses, but I can see why they did it, as some of my bridesmaids fit perfectly in it, as they were fuller chested, and the others had to have it taken in. (A note regarding the other reviewers: If you think that you are going to be able to buy any bridesmaid dress without having to most likely get some alterations done, you are wrong) Basically they are defaulting it so that everyone has at least enough material. The alterations can be done at home for taking it in on top, as it is a pretty easy fix with the dress design as there are seams on both sides under where the arms lay, and the seams end at the top of the waist where there is a belted bow. The length worked for everyone, and the heights ranged from 5'2"-5'8"as they were wearing heels.
A great value and absolutely beautiful for a wedding or cocktail party!

I received this dress very quickly. I ordered it on a Monday and received it Saturday. The fabric is soft and beautiful, I ordered a 2X per the size chart and I had to have it taken out on the top, but not a big deal. I ordered a lace bolero from another site and they look beautiful together. I need to post pictures from our wedding to show how beautiful this dress is.

I ordered this dress for my beach wedding. Simple, strapless, A line, and white. Just what I wanted. I measured myself and found I was somewhere between a large and medium. I went large and had to send it back because it was too big. I noticed something black on the hem but didn't think too much about it because I was sending it back for a smaller size. Customer service with this company is great. The turn around time was fast and they made it easy. I received the second dress and it had an orange stain on the belt. Since this is going to be my wedding dress I wanted to make sure it was perfect. They agreed to send me a replacement dress and paid for return shipping on the stained one. Again, really great customer service and fast response time.

Dress fits great. I'm a 34D bust and there is no need to alter the top, it fits perfect. The hem is going to have to be taken up an inch or so. I'm 5' 4" and plan to be barefoot when getting married, the dress draggs the ground a bit. The ribbing on the dress is a bit flemsy but serves its purpose. Just don't expect it to hold the fat rolls in. If anything they bow out and creat rolls where there are none if the dress doesn't fit perfectly.
For everyone that complained about the dress being wrinkled, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT PEOPLE? The mail does not bring you the dress on a hanger. The three that were mailed to me were folded well with minimal wrinkles. The ones I had to mail back to the company didn't look nearly as nice, sorry guys.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It was just what I was looking for, for a really great price.

The dress was perfect for our beach wedding. We took pictures for a trash the dress session in the on the beach, in the ocean, and in the swimming pool and the dress was great and looks wonderful in the pictures.

This dress is BEYOND perfection. Not only does it fit any body type, but it is simple yet VERY classy. I'm EXTREMELY hard to fit and I was able to pull this out of the box and literally zip it right on. NO ALTERATIONS NEEDED. I'm 5'6" and between a size 16 and 20 depending on what it is. I ordered a 3X and it works perfectly. I would honestly get these for my wedding. The staff was awesome as well. They are very good with the communication. Happy shopping!!!

I ordered this dress in black in a 2x (I am normally a 16). It fit really well in the waist and hips and was very flattering to my figure. However, in the bust it was too big. This was surprising because I wear a 36G. I ended up returning it because I found another dress that required less alteration.

So I'm a plus size bride-to-be who is also on a budget. I bought a wedding dress from David's Bridal, but I wasn't in love with the dress. I saw this dress in white and bought it. I mean it was only about 75 dollars with shipping and handling, and I could always return it if it looked bad. When it arrived, this 75 dollar dress looked a million times better than the dress I had bought from David's Bridal. I am returning my David's Bridal dress and keeping this one. I'll buy a more ornate veil to make the dress look more formal. This dress showed off curves that I never knew I had. Note: I am actually really busty -- and this dress was still large in the chest. There is not too much material, but the way it is sewn, it gapes right in the front (thus exposing the girls). Will end up having to get it tailored, but it doesn't bother me. This dress is to die for. Thank God for this dress.

I bought this dress in white for my wedding on the beach in February. I wanted a simple dress that was still really special without having a long train or spending tons of money. It is perfect!! The dress came within 5 days of my order, it has a return slip in it and easy return process if you need it. It's exactly what the description says it is. I was worried about the sizing but its a great fit. I am normally somewhere in between a 1X and 2X dress size and I ordered this in a size 3X. I am about 5"8' and the dress is exactly floor length. Perfect fit! I would recommend going up one size than what you normally wear for a great fit. I love it! I am going to get the white bow and ribbon changed to red to match my flowers. I can't wait to wear this!!

I bought this for my friend's wedding. I was a bridesmaid and she told us to get a black, floor length, satin dress. I did not want to pay the prices at a bridal store, so I tried this and it worked PERFECT for me! I only ordered it a few weeks before the wedding. It came very fast. I was 12 weeks pregnant at the time so I ordered a M and L just in case. I saw a lot of reviews about the sizing so I will be specific... I wore the medium and at the time I was 5ft 5in tall, weighed about 150 lbs, size 30/34 jeans, and bra size 36D(or REALLY full C depending on the brand of bra). The dress was a little tight around my ribcage but it was perfect for the wedding because I needed no alterations and never had to be pulling it up! I highly reccomend this dress! The style is adorable!
