Good Case Info, slightly dated.
This book has some very great business cases within. Some of the most notable companies of our time have made crucial decisions and have suffered or relished in the results. Good for examples of how to write a business case.

I was sent a wrong book. Wrote the seller on two occasions for either an exchange or refund. He/she never responded. I had to purchase a new book from the bookstore. Was disapointed.
