Rafik Beekun does a wonderful job in expounding on proper management skills necessary for running Islamic organizations. He gives practical advice on everything from mission/vision revision to SWOT and gap analysis to contingency plans. I recommend this for each and every board member of an Islamic or faith-based organization.

Well-written, yet concise, in high quality print.
