This book gives everyone in the software business a much needed perspective on the role, placement, and value of product management in defining and managing product strategy and delivery. I did NOT have any problem with the format on my Kindle which I assume has been fixed since the first reviewer's experience.

I had the opportunity to attend training with Pragmatic Marketing to better understand the role of product management and how to build my team's capabilities. It was a fantastic course and one I would recommend to anyone in a product function. This booklet will help ground you in the role of product management within an organization and if you work for a company that doesn't value product management, it may help you make the case for change.
