The great strength of this publication is it's comprehensiveness in taking a strategic approach to the management of integrated value chains.The book covers many of the specific supply chain management issues that many company's around the world are grappling with today and provides many insights and road maps for supply chain executives as they seek to lower total system costs and improve their service offer. But just as importantly this book will provide an excellent resource for CEO's and other GM's who are looking to integrate their product market and growth strategies with the operational excellence required to deliver superior performance. |
