About the Author
Mike Hughes is currently working full-time providing training and support for schools and teachers. Previously he taught in secondary schools for 18 years, most recently as a Headteacher. Through his workshops and earlier publications - Flexible Learning: Evidence Examined, Lessons are for Learning and Closing the Learning Gap he has gained a deserved reputation for providing realistic yet effective strategies for increasing motivation and enhancing learming. Andy Vass taught for 26 years and is now one of the leading trainers in Behaviour Management in this country. In recent years he has worked with over 300 schools as well as LEAs, Educational Services and PGCE courses.
