About the Author

W. Gregory Guedel is chair of Native American Legal Services at Foster Pepper PLLC, and serves as chair of the American Bar Association's Committee on Native American Concerns. He advises tribal governments, native-owned businesses, and their partners on business development, contracting and commercial transactions, complex construction projects, and litigation and dispute resolution. He is a lecturer and program director at the University of Washington, and is the editor of the legal weblog Native Legal Update.
