Dr. Gray really straps on the RMA/Transformation crowd with this extraordinarily measured study of the RMA argument. His detailed analysis makes the compelling argument that RMAs, are, by and large, bunk. He proposes an alternate, more rational evolutionary view. As with all his books, this is an excellent, thorough, thought provoking work on an inportant curent topic. Explains much of what has been going wrong w/RMA and Transfomation-inspired military development over the past decade. Not an easy read...
