The quality of this product is unprecendented. The spatula is multifunctional and efficient. The leather glove is great for dealing with the grate cleaning. The tongs are perfect and pick up heavy pieces of meat just as well as delicate vegetables without scarring the veggies or dropping the meat. The grate cooks vegetables and is easy to clean. (I have not tried any meat on the grate, yet) Like the grate the utensils are easy to clean without changing the color as will happen with lesser quality sets. I love this set!
