These chairs are very attractive and feel very solid. Only irritation was that one of the four chairs ordered didn't have any hardware in the box, and it was not cheap to replace. The chairs assembled very easily. I would like to mention these arm chairs do not slide under the matching round table, the arms are too high (or the table is too short?).

Great chair for the price! Heavy and solid chair. Chair was easy to assemble, we also applied teak oil to improve finish. looks like these chairs should last longer. We do wish they would have come with cushions. We ordered some to go with but not sewn very good, I need to sew them. Chairs did arrive very fast, with in just a couple days.

You have to buy this chair! It is very high quality, quick and easy to assemble, shipped free and quickly, and has a nice finish. I bought them to go with my pottery barn chesapeake outdoor furniture (chairs are out of stock for the season). The table was too high for the chairs we already had, but these are the perfect height and slide under (arms and all). The style matches well and are much less expensive than the ones at pottery barn. They are very roomy, too. I thought I'd have to get/make seat cushions - but the seat is slightly curved and surprisingly very comfortable. I would reccomend these even if they were hundreds of dollars each (like all the others on the market). You cannot go wrong with this purchase...a great find!

Very simple to put together and very sturdy. I have this sitting on my front porch and it looks great and is comfortable. I just wish I would have bought more of them when they were on sale.

I bought several Malas hardwood chairs and benches. Malas is a very nice wood and much like teak. I put 3 coats of handrubbed linseed based deck oil on them and 3 coats of marine tung oil varnish ... so they will last a lifetime as outdoor furniture.

Hard work that adds perhaps 4-5 times the value to these pieces. I think they are worth "upgrading" like I did.

Fast shipment..Easy to assemble..(took about 15 minutes). I'm a big guy and I'm very comfortable sitting in it. This is a VERY sturdy and nice looking chair. Couldn"t be more pleased. It's the best chair value offered at Amazon, especially for the price. Highly recommended!!!!

This chair is excellent. The wood is beautiful and it looks great on the patio. The instructions are first rate and the hardware is aviation quality. All the holes are pre-drilled and counter sunk. You will not find better fruniture at any price.

I was amazed at the quality of these chairs. Large and roomy...Quality construction...A true Amazon bargin to the max. This is one of the many reasons why I shop here.

This is an excellent chair - very heavy weight, rock solid, feels like it will last a long time. Assembly is a bit of an adventure due to the poor directions but once you get past that you've got a chair to last years.

Only reason for the 4 stars is that the chair is awkwardly wide - much wider than the armless version of the chair and frankly much wider than it needs to be.
