Had one of these for over 4 years already as part of a complete set. We've used several sets of patio furniture over the years and all came with chaise lounges but this is one was and continues to be my favorite by far.

One possible negative: it's 'hard'. I personally like it this way and I find it very comfortable but you should be aware that it doesn't even come close to 'soft'.

Things going for it include:

- no cushions - It may be a 'minus' to some but I personally favor simplicity. No cushions means 'easy to move around': you just fold it and it's ready to relocate. And there's no need to rush to rescue the cushions every time it looks like it's about to rain.
- light - See above (no cushions). It's a light aluminum frame with synthetic fabric tightly stretched on the frame. Nothing else.
- minimalist design - See the above 2. I wouldn't call it an art object but it should feel at home in a 'modern' or 'contemporary' patio or pool environment.
- ready for reuse as soon as the rain/storm is over - The synthetic fabric dries within minutes of the Sun's coming out of the clouds. It never gets soaked.
- easy to adjust (1 second) back rest - 5 positions.
- durable - See title of review. More than 4 years after purchase is still as good as new.

I am awarding this chaise lounge 5 stars because I love it but, remember, it's NOT soft.

I read the reviews here and was a Little concerned about buying this lounge chair - but it is the look & stlye I was wanting and the price is Good!

Well, I am glad that I did not listen to the sour grapes reviews here, as I love my New Lounge Chairs! They are the same look as you see in the pictures here and I have no problen with the quality of there Construction!

Yes - they are made in China, but what is not these days. I had see a similar chair in Home Depot that I had considered, but they are $180 each, so with tax would be almost twice the cost!

So for me, I am very please with these chairs and would recommend them to a friend!

i searched and searched for chaise lounge chairs as these all over St. Louis... nothing under $200 a chair. You really cannot beat the price on these chairs anywhere (and I have NO connection to this company).
good deal. and they look great! can't wait for Summer.

These chairs are light in weight and easier to move, however does not support a large man as they are small in frame and length. Buyer beware if that's an issue.

The chair was orderd and arrived in a timely manner. Was what I had wanted so ordered a second one a day later. That was in January and I am still waiting for the second one in May. Not a great experiance.

Service was spectacular! Received my chair within 2 days of placing the order. Very happy with my choice. Chair was just as pictured. I would have given it another star except, when it is layed flat, the top portion of the chair at the waistline, is raised higher than the lower portion. Not really a deal breaker for me. I'm very pleased with the lounger.

My spouse and I purchased these chaise lounges to be used as "guest" chairs around our pool. Unlike our more expensive lounges they are not padded but are none the less confortsble enough for occassional guests. They are attractive, the right size and do meet our needs. Color is good and they appear to be weather resistant, time will tell on that,

I ordered the matching table and patio umbrella, as well as two of these chairs. The umbrella and table arrived one day early and are of the highest quality!! I was very excited, then the chairs arrived. Numerous scratches throughout, and the powder coat finish was so thin that you could see the aluminum through it. Its like the same company that made the table could not have possibly made these chairs! I called Amazon customer serivce for a return and refund and they handled everthing wonderfully. They scheduled UPS for a pick up and appologized many times. I have been ordering from Amazon for a long time, and this is the first time I received something of poor quality, but their service is great.

Ordered 2 chairs. They were shipped separately - and arrived quickly and in great condition. Very comfortable and a good value for the money.

Hot, hot, hot! The arms on this chair absorb the sun and get so hot you need to put a cloth over them to sit comfortably. We're in Pennsylvania so its not like were in Florida. Also, the arms are short, they dont extend out very far so you end up with no where to place your forearm and hands, just dangling in air. Other than that it is comfortable, well constructed and attractive.
Don't think I could recommend this.
