My girls use this in their bath and they love it. My only complaint is that the shower sprayer feature is hard to use, you have to tap it just right and somewhat hard but not too hard that you might break it. The umbrella and stand do come off easily so it is slightly annoying to put it back together. I wouldn't pay more than $15 for this product. Overall a nice addition to my daughters Strawberry Shortcake collection.

Generally I try to stay away from plastic toys of this sort. Quite often such toys will fall apart or break too easily, or are just impossible to manipulate. We only decided to give this one a try because of the water element. What a pleasant surprise! The shower works, the pieces stay on well, and the toy is just a lot of fun. My daughter plays with it daily, and can easily spend over an hour at a time playing with this pool and the other Strawberry Shortcake toy we later purchased. Surprised and happy with the purchase-- in fact, the reason I'm back online is to see what other toys are available in the series.

This is a cute little toy. The smaller pieces are not minute but big enough to find and use. The recipient loved it. She was disappointed that the Lemon Meringue figure was not included but was to be purchased separate. The picture on the box is misleading for a little girl. It is cute and easy to assemble and she will get a Lemon Meringue Doll to go with it.

This is a very cute pool for my child's many strawberry shortcake dolls. Her 2nd favorite thing (after Strawberry Shortcake, of course) is playing with water so this is a perfect combination.

Only negative-the "flower shower" does not work. I don't know how it could based on the design. The stem does not fit firmly into the base (when you assemble the unit). You are supposed to "pump" the leaf at the base but when you do the water does not travel up to the flower but just seeps out at the base.

I have glued the stem into the unit and am hoping when it dries that the flower will work.

My daughter will play with it even if the flower does not work.

My 4yo daughter is happy with this toy. She will play with it even without water, which is good because the flower shower does not work well. The pump just isn't very good. It's not so much a shower as it is tiny bursts/squirts of water, which do not land completely within the pool. She loves playing pretend with her little people (strawberry shortcake, barbies, polly pockets, etc), so she is getting plenty of use out of this. But if your main purpose is to purchase of fun water toy...I might look somewhere else.

The Strawberry Shortcake Swimming Pool was the hit of our extended family Christmas celebration. It was the perfect gift for a four year old. In fact, her older sister asked for one on her birthday!

This is cute and my 4 yo girl loves this toy. she gets very entertained, but the only flaw is that the flower shower does not shower..u have have to pump so hard and maybe get a squirt and its not consistent. Manufacture could of done a better job. The pieces can come off apart very easily, but overall its cute and fun.

Lots of little parts kept my granddaughter fascinated for about two hours, which is remarkable for a 4 year old, and she kept returning to it to play some more. Mid weight plastic parts, so I would not expect tremendous durability.

My seven year old absolutely flipped over this toy. She played and played with it for a few days & then put it up & forgot about it. However, I think she'll pay with it again & will love every minute of it. It's just hard to get it out, fill it with water, clean it all up, etc..... It's not her favorite toy, but she does like it.
